On 1 July 2022, the Norwegian Transparency Act entered into force.
The purpose of the act is to promote enterprises’ respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of goods and provision of services and ensure the general public access to information regarding how enterprises adress adverse impacts on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.
If anyone would like to request information regarding how Oslo Bulk handles actual and potential adverse impacts on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in accordance with § 6 of the Norwegian Transparency Act, you are welcome to do so by emailing us at transparency_compliance(a)oslobulk.com.
